the bosses (a couple) also worked inside the shop, so they want to have their own private time .. if the shop opened late, I believe that they still have good business.

elephant master, if you try each organ separately in each bowl, you would find that they used different sauce for each organ.

for example, butterfly pork: salt mainly
beef stomach: vinegar mainly
pork lung: black pepper mainly
