it's very easy
cap the top of the bottle with the DRESS, and turn it's HEAD, the ARM would rise as you turn the head. Until like at least 3/4 down the 木塞, you force the ARMS down (it does not take you too much of a force). By then, it should be open, if not, usually, you pull it a little, it will pop, good luck.
Well, usually the cork is projected to be easily opened...
If the wine is very old...You can use the pneumatic ones,
they open the bottle by injecting CO2 with a needle...
