92-96℃ range is OK.
Another important factor is pressure.
You require a minimum 9 BAR pressure (15 BAR is common for many domestic machine) for good extraction.
20 seconds extraction for 30ml is too short, optimal is 25 to 30 (26-28 pedantic) seconds.
20 seconds is OK for a ristretto but very dependant on the machine.
